I love jewelry!!
My parents used to buy me jewelry since I was a girl. One of the pieces I remember with most love (and which I still have) is a gold heart-shaped ring with a bright diamond that was given to me when I turned 12.
After having my second baby, I looked for a creative outlet and a new hobby. I took classes to learn how to make "Tembleques" which are non-jewelry ornaments that are placed in the head of the woman who wears a pollera (the national Panamanian folk costume). They are made of different materials such as wire, imitation pearls, fantasy stones and crystals, fish scales, and sometimes real pearls and gold. This beautiful art and lead me to explore and make other pieces like necklaces and earrings. When I noticed people commenting about them I started selling my jewelry. A year after, I studied metalsmith expanding my jewelry making knowledge and my ability to make personalized pieces which I love.
As you see my love for jewelry made its way into my daily life. I love making jewelry. I love making people feel happy and special through the pieces I make and they get to wear. It's a blessing to be able to work in what I love! That's why I created Chic Love.
Chic Love is about empowering woman, making them feel happy, special and enhancing our inner beauty. It's about celebrating the little and big moments in our life. It's about beauty, kindness and love. It's also about giving back since we donate 10% of our sales to charity each month.
Every time I make a piece I strive for great craftsmanship, great attention to detail and customer service. I highly esteem all of you and try to do and make my best job just for you.

¡Me encantan las joyas!
Mis padres solían comprarme joyas desde que era niña. Una de las piezas que recuerdo con más cariño (y que todavía tengo) es un anillo de oro con forma de corazón con un brillante que me fue entregado cuando cumplí 12 años.
Después de tener a mi segundo bebé, busqué una salida creativa y un nuevo pasatiempo. Tomé lecciones para aprender a hacer "Tembleques" que son adornos de bisutería que se colocan en la cabeza de la mujer que lleva una pollera (el traje popular nacional panameño). Están hechos de diferentes materiales, como alambre, perlas de imitación, piedras y cristales, escamas de peces y, a veces, perlas reales y oro. Este hermoso arte me llevó a explorar y hacer otras piezas como collares y aretes. cuando noté que la gente me preguntaba mucho sobre las joyas que usaba, comencé a venderlas. Un año después, estudié orfebrería ampliando mis conocimientos de joyería y mi capacidad para hacer piezas personalizadas que me encantan.
Como ves, mi amor por las joyas se abrió camino en mi vida diaria. Me encanta hacer joyas. Me encanta hacer que la gente se sienta más feliz y especial a través de las piezas que hago y que usan. ¡Es una bendición poder trabajar en lo que amo! es por esto que cree Chic Love.
